Independent Pathway (Self-Sponsorship)

This pathway allows you to become a U.S. Registered Nurse in as little as 6 months, with relocation possible within 24 months. Once licensed, we connect you with a U.S. agency.

What this pathway includes

  • NCLEX Training Program (6 months) led by Prof. Regina Callion.
  • Step-by-step guidance on SBoN and Pearson VUE applications (approx. 2 months each).
  • BLS & ACLS Certification from AHA certified trainers.
  • IELTS Training with British Council-certified trainers.
  • US CV alignment, exam booking assistance, and job placement after NCLEX.

Initial Screening Interview

Understanding your qualifications, motivation, and career goals. Processing time: approx. 1–2 weeks.

Clinical Interview

Focuses on clinical experience, patient care exposure, unit responsibilities, and practical skills.

Credentialing & NCLEX Prep

Credential evaluation (CGFNS / State Board), NCLEX training support, document verification, licensing.
