KenyanNurse aspires to build their personal brands that should espouse the key skills required for every nurse that includes compassion, adaptability, attention to detail, cultural awareness (very key), professionalism, critical thinking, time management, communication etc as emphasised by American Mobile Company4 and Work IT Daily website5. These skills are not well packaged by many East African Universities and Colleges as highlighted by the Inter-University Council of East Africa Report (2013) that puts doubts on the quality of graduates being churned by colleges since most of them are not employment ready: lack in key soft skills6. KenyanNurse will also be preparing the CVs for the nurses to be international employment ready.
